The emergence of new energy vehicles and energy storage industries has led to a surge in demand for aluminum alloy components such as battery tray and inverter housing shells. New energy aluminum casings are mostly thin-walled sheet metal components with wall thicknesses less than 2 mm. Due to their low rigidity, they are prone to deformation and can easily become unusable. The Steil floating polishing head has a minimum soft force output of 4N. The floating travel compensates for welding deformation errors, preventing damage to the workpiece and deformation. The equipment supports Modbus communication, allowing seamless integration with various domestic and imported robot control systems. Small and medium-sized manufacturers do not need to replace their existing robotic arms; they can simply add polishing heads to achieve automation.
